Shipping

Processing time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods or sale events, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always reach out if there's a delay.

Shipping methods

We ship via USPS: Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) and Express (USPS Priority Mail). Delivery estimates are provided by USPS at checkout. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees — once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in USPS's care.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your piece on its way to you.

Lost or delayed packages

Occasionally USPS packages run late or get stuck in transit. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, contact us at bekreslovesyou@gmail.com and we'll help track it down. While we can't control USPS once a package is in transit, we'll always do what we can to make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, so it's worth a second look before you confirm.
