Bek Res operates this store, which is powered by Shopify. These terms apply when you visit or shop at our store. By using our store, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

Bek Res sells one-of-a-kind vintage clothing. We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colors may look different on different screens. Product availability and descriptions may change.

Orders, prices, and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and process your payment. We may decline or cancel an order. If we do, we’ll try to contact you using the information you provided.

Please check your order before submitting it. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Prices and promotions may change. The price at checkout is the price for your order. Taxes, shipping, and any customs or import charges will be shown where applicable. Promotion terms apply if they differ from these terms.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier or customs delays may be outside our control. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Store content

Store content, including text, photos, logos, and designs, belongs to Bek Res or its licensors. You may use it to shop with us, but you may not copy or use it for other purposes without permission.

Third-party tools and links

Our store may include tools or links provided by other companies. Those companies have their own terms and privacy practices. We aren’t responsible for third-party services or websites.

Shopify’s role

Bek Res is powered by Shopify. Sales made through this store are between you and Bek Res. Shopify is not responsible for the products or transactions between you and Bek Res. To the extent allowed by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to purchases you make from Bek Res.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to operate and promote our store. Please only send content you have the right to share. You’re responsible for what you submit.

Acceptable use

Use our store lawfully. Don’t disrupt the store, upload harmful code, send spam, collect other customers’ personal information without permission, copy store content, or try to bypass security.
